Kent MacPherson is a man with a deep respect for the environment and a commitment to offering the best hardwood flooring material and craftsmanship in the flooring industry.

His early personal experience cultivated resilience and independence. This, combined with growing up always having a tool in his hand, and his natural appreciation for wood and fine craftsmanship, created the natural emerging of an entrepreneur in the wood world.

Kent is the founder of Quarter-Sawn Flooring, with many noteworthy installations to his credit. He is an award winning NWFA "Floor of the Year" craftsman, whose outstanding work includes the manufacturing of the floor for Hugh Hefner's new Playboy Club in Las Vegas, one of the most sought after commissions within the floor industry.
